HBS Reservation Rules
Thank you so much for considering joining us we can't wait to serve you! Before you dine with us please read over our reservation rules below.
Reservation Confirmation:
Reservations are not anchored until they are CONFIRMED. If you have not received a confirmation email your reservation is NOT confirmed.
Reservation Duration:
Reservation durations are set for a period of 90 minutes. Our latest reservation time available is 6:15pm (Friday) and 1:30pm (Saturday–Sunday). If you have any special seating request please be sure to note that in the notes sections of your reservation and we will gladly accommodate you.
Seating Rule:
All guest MUST be present in order to be seated, no exceptions.
There is a $12 sitting fee (which applies to those not ordering)
Lateness:
Scheduling conflicts that cause you to run late we totally understand things happen.
If you're running late you must give us a “Courtesy Call” prior to your reservation time to alert us that you are running late by calling (856)205-3195. If we do not hear from you before your scheduled time that 15 minute grace period WILL NOT be granted to you and your reservation will be canceled.
Brunching at Hot Butter Soul:
Brunching with us is a whole VIBE! Therefore, Weekend Brunch is by RESERVATION ONLY! In order to serve you well we'd like to know you're coming! Be sure to make your reservation up to forty eight hours before joining us. We DO NOT accept same day reservations.
Festival Of Brunch:
If you'd like to enjoy our Festival Of Brunch it must be preordered. Please request that in the note section when requesting your reservation or send us a direct email to hotbuttersoulsupperclub@gmail.com.
VIP Pre-Ordering:
Our cuisine is everyone's favorite! To ensure you have a stellar dining experience you may preorder your meals. Simply reply back 24 hours prior to your visit with each guests order along with their name. Alert your server when you arrive and we will get your order right out! It's that simple.
Large Group Dining:
Groups of 6 or more email us directly at hotbuttersoulsupperclub@gmail.com.
Large groups are required to PRE-ORDER their meals (3) days prior to their reservation via email to ensure they have a stellar HBS experience!
Deposit NOTE:
Reservations of 6 guests or more is considered a LARGE group reservation and will be subject to a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit is deducted from your final bill when you dine with us. If your reservation is canceled by fault of your own you will forfeit your large group deposit.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Not remitting your deposit and preorder will cause your reservation not to be established or cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you remit your deposit and not a preorder we will cancel your reservation. Both must be done in order to keep your reservation. Once that deposit is received your reservations will be confirmed. You will receive that confirmation via email.
