HBS Reservation Rules….
Thank you so much for considering joining us we can’t wait to serve you! Before you dine with us please read over our reservation rules below.
Reservation Confirmation:
Reservations are not anchored until they are CONFIRMED. If your reservation is not checked confirm please consider it canceled
Reservation Duration:
Reservation durations are set for a period of 90 minutes. Our latest reservation time available is 5:30pm(Wednesday-Saturday) and 2:30pm on (Sunday's). If you have any special seating request please be sure to note that in the notes sections of you reservation and we will gladly accommodate you.
Seating Rule:
All guest MUST be present in order to be seated, no exceptions.
Lateness:
Scheduling conflicts that cause you to run late we totally understand that happens. We do have a 15 minute grace period in place for such times. If you are running late please give us a courtesy call prior to your reservation time to alert us. If we do not hear from you within that 15 minute grace period your reservation will be canceled.
Brunching at Hot Butter Soul:
Brunching with us is a whole VIBE! Therefore, Sunday Brunch is by RESERVATION ONLY! In order to serve you well we’d Iike to know you’re coming! Be sure to make your reservation up to twenty four hours before joining us. We DO NOT accept same day reservations.
Large Group Dining:
*Groups of 8 or more must call (or) email us for reservations. Your reservation will not be permitted through OpenTable.
Large groups are required to PRE-ORDER there meals (4) days prior to their reservation via email to ensure they have a stellar HBS experience! Gratuity of 18% is applicable for all large group diners. Note: We DO NOT split checks.
Large group reservations are not accepted without a deposit.
Deposit NOTE: Reservation's of 5 guests or more is considered a LARGE group reservation and will be subject to a $50 non refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. This deposit is deducted from your final bill when you dine with us. If your reservation is canceled you will forfeit that $50 deposit.
